eBay Integration
Connect your eBay seller account to Printago to automatically import paid orders, route them to your printers, and (with auto-print enabled) start jobs the moment a buyer pays.
What you get
- Automatic order import: eBay notifies Printago as soon as a buyer pays, so paid orders usually appear within seconds. A scheduled sync sweeps hourly behind that as a backstop.
- Multi-account support — connect multiple eBay accounts to a single Printago store.
- Auto-print — newly imported orders queue for printing automatically when enabled in settings.
- Auto-close — orders mark themselves complete when shipped or delivered (configurable).
- Marketplace coverage — supports US, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Spain.
Connecting your eBay account
- Open Marketplace in Printago, find eBay, and click Activate. Activation is free.
- On the eBay add-on page, click Connect eBay Account. A new window opens to eBay's sign-in page.
- Sign in with your eBay seller credentials and grant Printago the requested permissions.
- eBay returns you to Printago and confirms the connection.
The connection requires the following eBay scopes:
sell.fulfillment— read order details and update fulfillment statussell.inventory— read your listings to map them to Printago SKUssell.account— read seller account info
Settings
Open the integration page and switch to the Settings tab.
- Auto-print — when enabled, every newly imported order is queued for printing immediately.
- Auto-close orders — choose when Printago should mark an order as closed:
- When shipped — close as soon as Printago records a shipment
- When delivered — close once eBay reports delivery
- Never — leave orders open until you close them manually
Troubleshooting
Orders aren't importing. First check Settings → Sync Orders to force a manual sync. The hourly scheduled sync only picks up orders in the NOT_STARTED or IN_PROGRESS fulfillment state, so already-shipped orders won't appear.
